I mentioned that Ruth Perry made a tatted hug a few years ago. She sent me the first tatted hugs and a prayer. It was so pretty! Later she taught me how to make them. It's been awhile but I remember how to make them. Here is a little one. I think that with a thicker thread and with more ds counting can make a nice big hug. this one is made with cotton perle #8 and it's the size of my index finger's nail.
So, there you go! Now you know that we tatters are so addicted to this art that we may try to make anything tatted! LOL
