The Inverted Picot is made by making 3 1st half stitch, picot, 3 2nd half stitch. Pull the picot down so it's in position.
Instructions: Take the chenille and make a circle. Twist both ends together. Having this join in the middle, take a pen or pencil and place it inside the chenille and twist. Place the pen under this twist and twist again. This will make a circle on the chenille. Repeat until all the chenille is twisted.
