    Materials:
   Flower beads
   crochet hook #14 (to make joining easy)
   Shuttle
   Thread Size 20-30 for the Big and Medium Flowerfly
   Thread Size 80 for the Small Flowerfly

   Abreviations:

   CH = Chain
   + = Join
   - = regular picot
   -- = long picot

   Instructions:

   Wind shuttle and don't cut the thread. Each "Flowerfly" takes about 1/2 yard of thread from the shuttle.

   Shuttle Join or Lock Join to the bead; from the center to a space between petals.

   Big Flowerfly:

   CH: 15 - 2 -- 2 - 15. Join to the space between petals.
   CH: 10 - 2 -- 2 - 10. Join to the space between petals.
   CH: 10 - 2 -- 2 - 10. Join to the space between petals.
   CH: 15 - 2 -- 2 - 15. Join to the space between petals.
   Cut and Tie. Make a square knot and position the thread ends as anthennas.

   Medium and Small Flowerfly:

   CH: 10 - 2 -- 2 - 10. Join to the space between petals.
   CH: 6 - 2 -- 2 - 6. Join to the space between petals.
   CH: 6 - 2 -- 2 - 6. Join to the space between petals.
   CH: 10 - 2 -- 2 - 10. Join to the space between petals.
   Cut and Tie. Make a square knot and position the thread ends as anthennas.
