I took a rest from Facebook and Gaia and managed to finish this motif. I started it almost a week ago. So shameful!
But I finish, that's the important thing. Right? LOL
Two friends are testing the pattern, so when they finish I'll post it here or use it for an Online class. The motif ruffled a little. I think that it needs to be done in a bigger thread if I'm using these beads. I used Miquita, which is a Peruvian thread similar to #30 and glass seed beads. May be in a #20 or even a #10 would look nicer. It's a big motif (a little less than 5") and will need heavy starching if I want to use it as an ornament. But if it's to be sew into something then it doesn't need to be starch, just sew it really good.
Hmm... What should I tat now... I'll play with some designs to see if I can come with some flowers. But I think I'll sleep now. Or at least read a little.
