for everyone

Well, not all is cookies around here.  I made my homework from this week.  These butterflies are designed by Mary Maynard and they were discussed last Tuesday in a special event class at the Online Tatting Class.  The patterns can be found here.  Today I'll be discussing them in Spanish for my fellow tatters. They're pretty easy to make.  The only one that it's a little tricky is the 1st (top, left) because one of the rings is in a half moon shape, but it's just a matter of twisting the ring before closing it.  A mistake that a lot of use do sometimes anyway.  lol

I still have to write a pattern for another butterfly.  I'm re-writing a pattern from 1920 (I think) to make it in one pass instead of making some motifs and then joining them.  I made the butterfly already.  I just need to write the instructions.

Glad to finally be seeing some Tatting! Looks very nice to!
My X-Mas decorations are now completely up I can now start working on my own stuff. I have to have a tatted piece done for the X-Mas party for my lace group on Saturday. I have done some X-Mas things using my Machine Embroidery already. Pictures will be put on my site later today and tomorrow.
