Jolinda wrote a post about her fascination about a Beast. Of course it always finish talking about Beauty and the Beast. I have always had a fascination for this tale. Not only the Disney version. I have read some of the original versions of the tale, loved the tv program with Linda Hamilton and of course, adore the Disney film. But why this fascination with the Beast? I can't explain... May be is because the Beast represents those things I secretly desire... May be because it's a portrait of my soul, the inner beauty behind a horrified mask... All I know is that I love this tale and never get tire of it.
Stevie Nicks has a song called Beauty and the Beast and I think it's so good. She sangs it with so much passion! Here is a video from a performance of the song.
I would love to go to a Stevie Nick concert and listen her singing this song.

It's a flat fairy. May be this one couldn't fly and was rollover by a truck. LOL It's a pattern by none other than Jane Eborall. The pattern is already in her web site and you can find also a ballerina in 2 poses. I think I'll be making the ballerina probably tomorrow. I'm so tire tonight that I think I'll go early to bed.
Today I went with mom, Letty and her husband to Marshalls and I'm busted. I only bought some Chocolate Macadamia Biscotti. I haven't taste them yet but may be one will be my breakfast tomorrow morning.
After my Bio-Blog I organized a few pictures of my family so I could post their Bio-Blog. And I think the next one will be my sister Letty. Mom will be looking for some pics of when she was young (way back!). I was surprise that cameras existed that time. LOL Just kidding!

He lives in mushroom fields and quiet meadows.
He is only seen at midday under a quiet, cloudless sky.
He wears lilac and purple like columbine flowers. He has gentle green wings like a butterfly.
This one is for a male friend so I tried to make it not too femenine. He'll fly next week tward my friend. Let see if he likes it as much as I liked making it.
Today Disney Channel is showing Cinderella. This is one of my favorite fairy tales. Not only is about the princess being rescue by the prince but it also shows that no matter how bad the situation you're in you can superate and triumph in life.
I made 2 dollz recreating the Cinderella Story. What you think? I know that prince Charmin looks a little creepy, but that was the best I could do for now. LOL
Do they look cute!!!!!!!!!!!!!!??? I'll try to make more fairy tale characters later. Woohoo! Now I have something else in what to waste my time! Isn't it good?

Mom is kinda of a troublemaker. She loves to make jokes and has a good humor. Mom took her already to work and several persons have asked also for fairies. See?! Now I'm in trouble! LOL
Well, 3 more days to my BD. At least I'm feeling better. No more fever, tho I'm still coughing. I think it's because have been raining (POURI
NG) this last week and also very windy, so my asthma is again fighting with me. The fever... Was just one of those mysterious fevers from the Lupus. Ugh!
Well, last night I finished the fairy and took some pics but I couldn't upload them until now. This pc is having a tantrum or PMS... I don't know what it is but is difficult for me to upload and do some of the online work I do in different sites.
Anyway, here is Miss Petal Goblinwand. Her dress is pale yellow and pink, wings are green (703) and metallic green, and she has 3 tones of yellow in the hair. Also the bodice has pink beads, the wings has green beads, and the skirt and hat has white beads. I worked like 18 hours in total. Tho she looks complicate it's not so bad to work. The most difficult was making the tubular legs and arms. I think I'll wait awhile to make mom's. I get tire of a pattern really quick if I have to make several in a row. So meanwhile I'll be tatting something else.

Isn't this cool!? I think my fairy name is pretty and the colors are beautiful also. I was thinking last week in making Jane Eborall's Flower Fairy and NOW I MUST do it! lol The only thread that I have to get is the green. I have a pretty pale pink and yellow. Hmmm... Where I'll buy some green thread? Will have to settle for embroidery floss because here in Puerto Rico is difficult enought to get fine threads and much more in colors other tahn white and ecru. Ew... So, mom's floss stash here I come!
I'll start the fairy anyway... Will it be ready for my BD?! Let see if I can finish my own challenge!
